Yes, we offer specialized rental packages designed specifically for corporate and office relocations. These packages include larger quantities of totes, optional rolling carts, and scheduling flexibility to minimize downtime for your team. We can also coordinate delivery and pickup around your business hours and building requirements. For custom quotes or help planning an office move, simply contact our team and we’ll tailor a solution to your needs.

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards for online orders. Your payment is processed securely at checkout, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is complete. At this time, we do not accept cash, checks, or alternative payment methods.

Yes, you may cancel your order, but the refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are not refundable, but you will receive a store credit for the order amount, also minus a 5% administrative fee, which can be used toward a future rental. Once the equipment has been delivered, no refunds or credits can be issued.

After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your delivery date, time window, and a summary of the items you rented. Our team will prepare your totes and any accessories so they’re ready for delivery on the scheduled day. We’ll send reminders as your delivery approaches, and you’ll be notified when your driver is on the way. On delivery day, we drop off your totes, take photos for verification, and confirm the order with a quick signature before you start packing.

We currently deliver throughout the Magic Valley and surrounding areas, including Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties. If you’re unsure whether your address is within our service area, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm.

Yes, someone must be present for both delivery and pickup. We require a signature at drop-off and again at pickup to verify the order and ensure all items are accounted for. This helps protect both you and our team by confirming everything arrives and is returned in proper condition.

Our standard delivery window is 2 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation with your scheduled window in advance, and our team will notify you when the driver is on the way to help you plan accordingly.

If you miss your scheduled delivery window, please contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule a new delivery time that fits your availability. Keep in mind that last-minute changes may be subject to scheduling availability.

Our moving totes measure 27 inches long, 17 inches wide, and 12 inches tall. They are designed to be sturdy, stackable, and easy to carry, making packing and transporting your belongings more efficient than traditional cardboard boxes.

Each rental package includes one dolly to make moving your totes easier, as well as labels and a marking pen to help you organize and identify your belongings. For proper tracking and pickup, we ask that you use the provided labels and pens with our totes. This ensures a smooth, efficient move and helps us maintain accurate records of your rental.
